ฉากการฝึกฟื้นฟูร่างกายใน動畫ดาบพิฆาตอสูร ตอนที่ 24

The full-series rerun of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba aired episode 24, “Rehabilitation Training,” on September 20, 2026. The episode delivered a perfect mix of comedy, emotion, and character growth — from Zenitsu’s legendary meltdown to a quietly devastating rooftop conversation between Shinobu and Tanjiro.

Rengoku and Shinobu’s Final Exchange

The episode opens with Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira, catching Kyojuro Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, just before he departs on a new mission. Rengoku reveals he has fresh intelligence on a demon — possibly an Upper Moon — and heads out without hesitation. Viewers watching the rerun immediately recognized this as the last conversation between the two before the Mugen Train arc, with many commenting: “Please come back safe, Rengoku-san” and “Here comes the Mugen Train…”

Murata Visits — and the Dreaded Training Awaits

At the Butterfly Estate, Zenitsu is in full tantrum mode over taking his medicine, while Tanjiro drinks his without complaint and a throat-injured Inosuke stays eerily silent. Then Murata, the rank-and-file Slayer they met on Mt. Natagumo, drops by to visit. Fans were delighted to see him alive and well. He recounts being summoned to the Hashira meeting to report on Natagumo — an experience he describes as terrifying, with the Hashira on edge about the declining quality of newer recruits. Viewers instantly suspected a certain “Dice Steak Senpai” as the culprit.

Murata makes a hasty exit the moment Shinobu appears, and she promptly announces it’s time to begin rehabilitation training.

Zenitsu’s All-Time Greatest Outburst

The training consists of three stages: the three girls of the Butterfly Estate — Naho Takada, Sumi Nakahara, and Kiyo Terauchi — loosen the boys’ stiff muscles; a reflex drill involving splashing medicinal tea at each other; and a full-body workout in the form of a game of tag against Aoi and Kanao Tsuyuri, Shinobu’s protégée.

The moment Aoi finishes explaining the training to Zenitsu, he drags Tanjiro and Inosuke around the back of the estate and absolutely loses it — furious that they had been spending every day with girls yet came back looking exhausted. His rant, delivered with zero self-awareness, became an instant fan-favorite moment. The punchline: Aoi and the girls heard every single word.

Online reactions ranged from “This is a legendary Zenitsu scene!” to “The man is completely consistent” and plenty of laughing emojis.

Tanjiro Refuses to Quit — The Three Girls Give Crucial Advice

Zenitsu’s initial excitement fades fast once he realizes he can’t beat Kanao, and he disappears from training alongside Inosuke within days. Tanjiro, however, keeps showing up and bowing earnestly to Kanao every session. The three girls advise him to maintain Total Concentration Breathing around the clock — even while asleep — and teach him to blow into a hard gourd until it bursts, a brutal but effective lung-strengthening exercise. Fans praised the trio as unsung heroes of Tanjiro’s growth arc.

Shinobu Entrusts Her Dream to Tanjiro — A Scene That Moves Fans to Tears

One night, while Tanjiro is regulating his breathing on the roof of the Butterfly Estate, Shinobu appears beside him. Flustered by how close she is, Tanjiro listens as she tells him she wants to entrust him with her dream: “The dream of coexisting peacefully with demons. I’m sure you can make it happen.”

Tanjiro then asks, gently but directly, whether she is angry — he has always sensed the scent of anger around her. A visibly surprised Shinobu opens up about her beloved elder sister, who was killed by a demon. The scene resonated deeply with viewers, especially those who had already seen Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle – Chapter 1: Akaza Returns (released in Japan on July 18, 2025). Comments included “I cry every time I see this flashback,” “Watching this after Infinity Castle makes you understand Shinobu on a whole new level,” and “It hits even harder now.” Shinobu ends the moment by noting that Tanjiro’s breathing has stopped — and he immediately resumes it.

Voice Cast Comments: The Three Butterfly Estate Girls

The official Kimetsu no Yaiba account released its weekly rerun cast comments, this time featuring all three Butterfly Estate girls together.

  • Yuki Kuwahara (Naho Takada) — best known as Tohru in Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid — said she loves every scene of Tanjiro pushing himself to the limit and expects to rewatch them many times throughout her life.
  • Ayumi Mano (Sumi Nakahara) said the four-person scenes with the girls and Tanjiro warm her heart, and that she also loves the moment the trio massages Zenitsu.
  • Nanami Yamashita (Kiyo Terauchi) recalled the fun of improvised ad-lib scenes with the other two girls, noting how similar their voices and faces are, and encouraged fans to pay attention to her scenes with Zenitsu.

Next Episode: “Kanao Tsuyuri”

The preview for the next episode shows Tanjiro sniffing the air and asking Shinobu whether something good has happened to her. The upcoming episode is titled “Tsuguko — Kanao Tsuyuri,” with Aoi, Kanao, and the three girls all set to feature prominently once again.

The full-series rerun began on April 5, 2025 — just one day before the seventh anniversary of the anime’s original premiere on April 6, 2019. Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle – Chapter 1 is currently showing in cinemas across Japan.
