The September issue of Young Ace (KADOKAWA), released today on August 4, marks the debut of a brand-new manga series: ghost／夜の果て (Ghost / Yoru no Hate), drawn by artist Himiko.
A Comicalization Ahead of the 2027 Anime Film
The manga is an advance comicalization of an original theatrical anime film directed by Natsume Shingo, currently scheduled for release in 2027. The serialization gives readers their first look at the story before the film hits screens.
Story
Set in a near-future world where the need for labor has been eliminated, the series follows a young girl who refuses to be absorbed into the comfortable order of a fully satisfied society. Driven by a relentless desire to find something real, she pushes back against the world around her.
