Fans of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 have reason to celebrate: Bandai has announced a lottery sale for three RG 1/144 Gunpla kits on its official shopping site, Premium Bandai, starting Monday, August 17, 2026. All three kits represent mobile suits piloted by Gundam Meister Setsuna F. Seiei throughout the series.
About Mobile Suit Gundam 00
Gundam 00 is an entry in the long-running Gundam franchise directed by Seiji Mizushima, with scripts by Yousuke Kuroda and character designs by the duo of manga artist Yun Kouga and animator Michinori Chiba. The series became celebrated for its bold and distinctive mecha designs, particularly the striking silhouette of Gundam Exia.
The Three Kits
- RG 1/144 Gundam Exia — Includes all seven blades that inspired the unit’s “Seven Sword” development code. Priced at ¥3,080 (tax included).
- RG 1/144 Double O Raiser — Features a combination gimmick allowing Double O Gundam and O Raiser to merge. Priced at ¥3,630 (tax included).
- RG 1/144 Double O Quanta — Fully recreates the GN Sword Bit reconfiguration gimmick. Priced at ¥3,080 (tax included).
All kits are 1/144-scale assembly models recommended for ages 15 and up, made primarily from PS, ABS, and PET/PP materials depending on the kit.
Lottery Schedule
The lottery entry window runs from August 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to August 23, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (JST). Winners will be announced on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, with shipping scheduled for September 2026.
Note that none of the three kits are limited-edition items — they will also be available at regular hobby shops. However, the number of units allocated to the Premium Bandai lottery is limited, so interested buyers should register before the deadline.
