Fans of Haikyuu!! have a new event to look forward to. 「ハイキュー!!頂の遠征市場~ご当地うまいもん決戦~」(Haikyuu!! Itadaki no Ensei Ichiba ~Gotochi Umaimon Kessen~) — roughly “Haikyuu!! Summit Expedition Market: Local Delicacy Showdown” — opened at Nihon Hyakkaten stores on 12 July 2026. The event brings together region-inspired limited-edition collab foods, exclusive merchandise featuring newly drawn illustrations, and capsule toys.

About Haikyuu!!

Haikyuu!! is a manga by Haruichi Furudate centred on high-school volleyball. A TV anime adaptation launched in 2014 and ran through four seasons until 2020. The theatrical sequel Gekijouban Haikyuu!! Gomisuteba no Kessen opened on 16 February 2024 and has since surpassed 20 billion yen in worldwide box-office revenue. Looking ahead to 2027, another film — Gekijouban Haikyuu!! VS Chiisana Kyojin, pitting Karasuno against Ohtaiiku — and a TV special anime, Haikyuu!! Bakemono-tachi no Yukutokoro, depicting the Fukurodani vs. Nohebi match, have both been announced.
