The upcoming TV anime Kagurabachi is taking its world tour to the Southern Hemisphere. Following its debut screening at Anime Expo in July, the production has confirmed the second leg of its global promotional tour, with events scheduled in South Africa and Australia.

Both events will feature a screening of the first 20 minutes of Episode 1, along with a special panel hosted by anime producer Suzuki Kenta. Details for the third leg of the tour and a Japan-based tour finale are expected to be announced later this autumn.
About Kagurabachi
Kagurabachi is based on the manga by Hokazono Ken, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha). The series has surpassed 4 million copies in circulation, including digital editions. The anime is produced by studio Cypic, directed by Takeuchi Tetsuya, with character designs by Sasaki Keigo. Shochiku and CyberAgent serve as executive producers.
The story follows Rokuhira Chihiro, a boy who aspires to become a swordsmith like his renowned father, Kunishige. Their peaceful life is shattered when the mysterious sorcerer organization “Hishaku” attacks, stealing six immensely powerful cursed blades capable of deciding the fate of nations. Left with only the seventh blade, “Enten”, that his father forged and left behind, Chihiro sets out on a blood-soaked path of revenge through a world consumed by darkness.
