The browser game Kusuriya no Hitorigoto Koukyuu Ibunroku (薬屋のひとりごと 後宮異聞録), developed on the G123 gaming platform, has officially launched. To mark the occasion, a release celebration PV has been published featuring Maomao (CV. Yuki Aoi) and Jinshi (CV. Otsuka Takanori).

Kusuriya no Hitorigoto is a light novel series written by Hinata Natsu with illustrations by Shino Touko, boasting cumulative series sales exceeding 45 million copies. The TV anime’s first season began airing in October 2023, with Season 2 running from January to July 2025. October 22, 2025 marked the series’ second broadcast anniversary. A split two-cour Season 3 is scheduled to begin airing in October, and a theatrical film is also set for release in December.

Kusuriya no Hitorigoto Koukyuu Ibunroku marks the first time the franchise has been adapted into an online game.
