Manga artist Yukira has launched a brand-new series titled Otona-tachi ni wa Zutto Naisho da ze (大人たちにはずっと内緒だぜ) in Bessatsu Friend’s August 2026 issue, published by Kodansha and on sale from July 13. The debut chapter received the honor of a center-color placement.
Story
The series is a romantic comedy centered on Ii Kokoro, a model student whose motto is “live the right way.” Careful never to cause trouble for those around her, Kokoro bottles up her frustrations and lets them out entirely on her own whenever life feels unfair.
One day, she sneaks off to an empty lot to scream out her stress — and is spotted by Kirihara Ruka, the boss of the yankee school right next door to hers. With her secret now in Ruka’s hands, she finds him turning up in her life at every turn, setting off a sweet-and-chaotic love story that the adults around them absolutely cannot find out about.
