About the Manga
Created by Shun Numa — best known for Samon the Summoner — the manga made its debut as a one-shot in Weekly Shonen Jump in April 2023 before launching as a full serialization in February 2024. The series concluded in June 2025, with Shueisha releasing the final seventh and eighth compiled volumes in September 2025.
The story follows Meguru Chojo, a psychic senior police officer with abilities far beyond human comprehension, who patrols the sleepless streets of Chinjuku alongside his judo-expert partner Nao Ippongi in a series of action-packed and comedic adventures.
Viz Media and Shueisha’s MANGA Plus service have been publishing chapters simultaneously with Japan since February 2024. Viz Media is set to release the manga’s sixth volume in English on November 3.
