Manga artist Yamashita Tomoko will mark two decades in the industry with a major retrospective exhibition. Titled Yamashita Tomoko 20th Anniversary Exhibition (ヤマシタトモコ 20周年展), the event runs from October 10 to November 24, 2026 at the Kyu Ozaki Theodora-tei (旧尾崎テオドラ邸), 2nd Floor Gallery, Tokyo, closing on Thursdays.
Over 130 Original Manuscripts on Display
The exhibition will feature more than 130 original manuscript pages (原画) in total. Approximately 90 of these come from her celebrated work Ikoku Nikki (違国日記), while around 40 additional pieces span her broader catalogue, including her latest title Tatsumaki (竜巻).
Merchandise and Limited-Run Café Menu
Alongside the artwork displays, visitors can look forward to original merchandise tied to the exhibited works. The café space within the Kyu Ozaki Theodora-tei building will also offer a special limited menu available exclusively during the exhibition period.
