TV anime Blue Lock, based on the manga by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura, has announced its first-ever collaboration with Japanese eyewear brand Zoff. The partnership centers on a line of glasses frames inspired by the series’ “prison” imagery, most notably through a recurring chain motif.
Six Character-Themed Frames
The collaboration lineup consists of six frame models, each designed around the image color and motifs of a specific character: Yoichi Isagi, Rin Itoshi, Seishiro Nagi, Meguru Bachira, Reo Mikage, and Yo Hiori. Three core design elements — chains, eyes, and the Blue Lock emblem — are woven into each model to match its respective character.
Every collab frame comes bundled with a newly drawn (描き下ろし) lens-cleaning cloth depicting the character wearing glasses, as well as an original glasses case.
In-Store Events at Five Locations
From July 7 to 30, five Zoff branches across Japan will host special exhibitions featuring life-size character panels and try-on corners for the collab frames:
- Zoff Ikebukuro Sunshine City Alpa (Tokyo)
- Zoff Nagoya Parco (Aichi)
- Zoff Kyoto Kawaramachi (Kyoto)
- Zoff Grand Front Osaka (Osaka)
- Zoff Fukuoka Parco (Fukuoka)
The panels on display will differ by location — for example, the Grand Front Osaka branch will feature life-size panels of Yoichi Isagi and Seishiro Nagi. A capsule toy machine offering Zoff-original lens cloths printed with memorable scenes from the anime will also be available at these stores.
Pre-Orders Open Until July 30
The collab frames and original lens cloths are available for pre-order now via the Zoff official online store and other participating retailers, with orders accepted through July 30. Shipping to purchasers is scheduled to begin in late January 2027.
