The production team behind TV anime Isshiki-san wa Koi wo Shiritai. has released the main PV, revealing that the opening theme will be “剛よく恋を制す！？ (Gō yoku Koi wo Seisu!?)”, performed by popular cosplayer Enako (えなこ). It was also announced that Enako will voice the character Hane Nene (羽下ねね) in the series.
About the Series
The anime is based on the manga by Araragi Ayune, serialized in KADOKAWA’s Monthly Shōnen Ace. The story follows Isshiki Rinna, a prodigy who skipped grades, graduated university at the top of her class, and became a police inspector at just 17 years old. When she meets Mutsuta Meishi, a bumbling amateur detective who assists with investigations, she experiences an unfamiliar emotion for the first time. To get to the bottom of it, the two agree to pose as a secret couple — kicking off a sweet romantic comedy about two love novices tackling the “difficult case” of first love.
Opening Theme
The opening theme “Gō yoku Koi wo Seisu!?” was written and composed by Yashikin. The upbeat, high-energy track captures the inner turmoil of the strait-laced elite officer Rinna as she grapples with the unknown territory of romantic feelings.
The newly released PV features the opening theme alongside the first-ever reveal of voice clips for several characters:

- Nakatani Mato — voiced by Nagatsuka Takuma
- Matsumoto Chikai — voiced by Ishibashi Hiiro
- Yamakawa Rena — voiced by Wakui Yū
Enako as Hane Nene
Hane Nene is a laid-back, easygoing nurse who works in the police station’s medical room. She is quietly the most popular person in the precinct, yet effortlessly deflects every advance with remarkable skill. Her private life remains somewhat mysterious, though she appears to be close friends with Yamakawa Rena, who is the same age.
Advance Screening and Talk Show
On December 13, 2026, a special advance screening of episodes 1 and 2 will be held at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas in Tokyo, followed by a talk show after the 1:55 PM screening. Guests scheduled to appear include:
