The TV anime adaptation of Giant Ojou-sama (ジャイアントお嬢様), based on the manga by Nikumura Q, has been officially confirmed for a January 2027 broadcast (Winter 2027 season). Alongside the announcement, the first teaser visual and main staff lineup have been unveiled.
About the Series
Giant Ojou-sama is a comedy series described as being “just about a young lady getting really big.” The story follows Fujido Oriko (富士動機子), the heiress of an extraordinarily wealthy family — so rich that she once received an entire town as a birthday gift. She can grow to gigantic proportions to defend the city from invaders, though she just as often ends up causing chaos and inconveniencing the very people she means to protect.
The first teaser visual features the giant-sized Oriko alongside Dr. Sebastian, her loyal butler and the researcher who developed the drink that enables her transformation.
