TV Asahi has released the second English-subtitled trailer for the television anime adaptation of Masakichi and Shingou Iijima‘s manga Magic Repo Man: Dumped by My Party, I’ll Cash In With a Cute Support Fairy to Become the Strongest! The announcement also confirmed a new cast member and the artists behind both theme songs.
Theme Songs
Idol group BUDDiiS performs the opening theme “Risk rate,” while artist Kotani handles the ending theme “Vase” (Iremono).
New Cast Member
Daisuke Namikawa joins the cast as Roger, the leader of the A-rank party “Meteor Shower.”
Story
In an RPG-style world of swords and sorcery, magic points are everything. Lent is a member of the up-and-coming party “Skypiercers,” gifted with the unique ability to loan massive amounts of magic to his allies. Thanks to his support, his companions grow into formidable heroes — only to then question his worth and kick him out of the group.
Furious but undeterred, Lent uncovers a hidden power within his Gift. Teaming up with an adorably devious fairy partner, he sets out to reclaim every last scrap of magic from his former party — with interest.

Broadcast and Manga Details
The anime premieres on October 4 in the NUMAnimation block on TV Asahi and 23 affiliated channels at 25:30 (effectively Sunday at 1:30 a.m.), with a later broadcast on BS Asahi.
Masakichi originally launched the story on the Kakuyomu website in 2022. Iijima’s manga adaptation began serialization on BookLive and Flex Comics’ Comic Ark label in 2023. Notably, the manga’s second part is an entirely original story separate from the Kakuyomu version. The fifth compiled volume is scheduled to ship on November 14.
Seven Seas holds the English license for the manga; the second volume is due on October 13.
