The official website for the Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. television anime began streaming the second promotional video for its second season on Sunday. The video offers a preview of the new opening theme song, “Latte Magic,” performed by syudou×Yūsei Yagi (FANTASTICS).
About the Series
The anime is based on the manga Magilumiere Co. Ltd. (Kabushikigaisha Magilumiere) by writer Sekka Iwata and artist Yū Aoki, which launched on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform in October 2021. The manga concluded with its 160th chapter in July 2025, and the 18th and final compiled volume is set to ship on September 4. Viz Media and MANGA Plus publish the manga in English.
The story follows Kana Sakuragi, a highly motivated, organized, and sharp-memoried job-seeker who has somehow failed to land an offer after more than 15 interviews. Her luck seems to hit rock bottom when a monster crashes one of her interviews — but the chaos leads her to assist a magical girl on the scene, and she ends up walking away with far more than just her life. She soon joins the ranks of Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. as its newest magical girl.

Season 2 Staff
Season 2 is produced at J.C.STAFF with Riki Fukushima (Beyblade the Movie: Fierce Battle, Skate-Leading Stars) stepping in as the new director. Michiko Yokote (Prison School, RIN-NE) serves as the new series script supervisor. Returning from Season 1 are character designer Masahiro Fujii and composer Makoto Miyazaki.
New additions to the crew include assistant director Hiroyasu Oda (Delico’s Nursery), sound director Yoshikazu Iwanami (Ajin, Ghost in the Shell Arise), art director Shun Yoshii (background art on 2.5 Dimensional Seduction, One Punch Man Season 3), CG director Shunsuke Kasuga (Honey Lemon Soda), and editor Yūji Kondō (Fate/strange Fake, Sword Art Online: Alicization). Season 1’s episode color coordinator Asuka Hino has been promoted to color key artist, while Yūsuke Noguchi, who handled compositing and cinematography on Season 1 episodes, steps up as compositing director of photography.
Ending Theme & Premiere Date
VTuber Marine Houshou performs the new ending theme song “BooooM!!!”
Season 2 premieres on NTV on July 4 at 24:55 JST (effectively 12:55 a.m. on July 5). The first season aired in Japan from October to December 2024 and was streamed worldwide on Amazon Prime Video.
