The manga adaptation of TV anime Girls Band Cry (ガールズバンドクライ) has officially launched today, June 29, with volume 1 now available through Ride Comics, the manga imprint of Micro Magazine. The comicalization is handled by artist Ise Ebi Boil.
Story
The series follows Iseri Nina, a girl who drops out of high school and sets off alone for a fresh start in Kawasaki. Feeling lost and uncertain, she stumbles upon her favorite artist, Kawaraki Momoka, performing a street live nearby. That fateful encounter draws Nina headfirst into the world of band music.
Volume 1 also includes an exclusive newly drawn episode written specifically for the collected edition, making it a must-have for fans of the series.
