The theatrical anime Saishuu Gakushou Hibike! Euphonium (Final Chapter: Sound! Euphonium, Part 2) has announced two celebratory events for October 2026: a special staff talk screening in Kyoto and an additional cast stage greeting in Tokyo.
Staff Talk Screening at MOVIX Kyoto — October 12
On Monday, October 12, 2026 (a national holiday), MOVIX Kyoto will host a special screening with a live staff talk segment held both after the 1:25 p.m. showing and before the 5:05 p.m. showing.
The following staff members are scheduled to appear:
- Taichi Ogawa — Director
- Tatsuya Ishihara — Series General Director, a long-time pillar of the franchise
- Naoko Fujita — Animation Check
- Kazuya Takao — Photography Director
Each participant will discuss the production from their own department’s perspective, covering topics such as key animation, cinematography, and the particular details each section took care to perfect. Tickets are priced at ¥2,400 and go on sale via the venue’s website from midnight on October 4, 2026.
“South Middle Quartet” Stage Greeting at Shinjuku Piccadilly — October 18
A stage greeting titled “Daihitto Orei! Minamichu Quartet Butai Aisatsu” (Thank You for the Big Hit! South Middle Quartet Stage Greeting) will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at Shinjuku Piccadilly in Tokyo, with appearances after the 11:30 a.m. showing and before the 3:05 p.m. showing.
The four voice actresses taking the stage are:
- Konomi Fujimura — voice of Natsuki Nakagawa
- Yuri Yamaoka — voice of Yuko Yoshikawa
- Atsumi Tanezaki — voice of Mizore Yoroizuka
- Nao Higashiyama — voice of Nozomi Kasaki
This marks the first time in approximately three years that all four actresses have appeared together at a Hibike! Euphonium stage greeting. Their previous joint appearance was at the “Third-Year Team Stage Greeting” for Tokubetsu-hen Hibike! Euphonium: Ensemble Contest in 2023.
Tickets are ¥2,500 for general seating and ¥3,500 for AKRacing BOX seats, going on sale via the venue’s website from midnight on September 27, 2026.
