An official website launched this week to confirm that the Gacha Girls Corps (Gacha o Mawashite Nakama o Fuyasu: Saikyō no Bishōjo Gundan o Tsukuriagero) light novel series — written by Chinkururi and illustrated by Yasutaka Isegawa — is receiving a television anime adaptation set to debut in January 2027. Publisher Micro Magazine had first announced the project back in May 2025.
Story
Heihachi Okura is an ordinary mobile-game addict with a habit of spending big on gacha rolls. One day, a single pull drags him into another world entirely. Cornered by monsters and out of options, he does the only thing he knows: roll gacha. To his amazement, the cute girls from his phone screen materialize right before his eyes. His quest to build the ultimate squad of overpowered ultra-rare cuties begins.
