The new anime series Hokuto no Ken -FIST OF THE NORTH STAR- has confirmed that its second cour will air and stream in 2027. The announcement came at the end of episode 14 — the first cour’s finale — which broadcast today.
A preview for episode 15, the opening episode of the second cour, was also released. The clip features the debut of Jagi, one of the four Hokuto brothers, much to the excitement of longtime fans.
Social Media Campaign
The official X (Twitter) account is also running a giveaway campaign in which three winners will receive a set of six “technique name” clear files. Fans can enter by following the official account and reposting the designated post. The campaign runs until July 3 at 24:59 JST.
About the Anime
Hokuto no Ken -FIST OF THE NORTH STAR- is a brand-new anime adaptation of the classic manga originally written by Buronson and illustrated by Tetsuo Hara, featuring an entirely new staff and cast. The series premiered in the Spring 2026 season and is available to stream on Prime Video.
